All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. 

• Coaching sessions may be refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
• Digital product purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital courses, eBooks, or downloadable materials are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or files have been delivered. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. 
• For physical Books (Print Editions), you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your book. Books must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) or send a replacement.

YR Media PR LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, products, or services. This includes indirect or consequential losses.
